I took my Honda in for service. I was provided with a recommendation for service and an estimate. I was given an honest recommendation. Part of the work was completed and part will be completed at a later date. They noted an issue and identified it as not mandatory to fix to keep the vehicle running safely. I have no doubt there are other shops that would have told me otherwise. I highly recommend Complete Auto.

I called Thursday, after hours, because my A/C quit it my car- next morning they told me to bring it by. I did that, and 1 hour later, l had lovely cold air back in my car, and headed home! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. Complete Auto Repair is where to go!

Definitely recommend- from beginning to end they were all about taking care of our needs the best way possible - and when they were unable to get our repair done the same day, they offered us their complementary car to use which helped tremendously-I can’t say enough good things about this amazing company, highly recommend to anyone that needs an auto repair done! As always Complete Auto Repair did a great job on our 2003 Chevy Silverado. We were having issues with the a/c blowing ONLY hot air on the passenger side along with blower speed problems. They did some troubleshooting & made necessary repairs. Although the job was not easy & lengthy, they were able to get the truck back to us in 1day. I trust their workmanship & fair pricing. Thanks again!

Came in clutch for my wife when she brought the car in for brake rattling, pulled the wheel off, pulled out some broken loose hardware and put a new spring in for very reasonable price. Thanks guys. Will recommend and use services again.

Complete Auto Repair was amazing to work with! We were traveling 2.5 hrs from home when we had issues. We were able to get to their shop and they stopped why they were doing to try to help us figure out the problem. They initially thought it was a quick fix and ordered the part while we waited. Unfortunately after doing due diligence and ensuring it was fixed it continued having issues. Knowing they could not fix it quickly they offered us a loaner car to finish our trip which we accepted. This alone is enough to say they are great but Gigi went a step further and found my third party warranty and made several phone calls and got the part covered! I 100% recommend them for your car needs. I only wish they weren’t so far away or I would use them for everything!

Took in my 4Runner initially to diagnose an exhaust rattle, but blew a power steering hose prior to making that appointment. Complete Auto was able to work with me for that same appointment to get the power steering hose repaired, and, take a look at the exhaust. They got me up and running in a single day. With my tight work schedule, Complete Auto has a night (after-hours) vehicle drop off that you're able to securely drop your keys with a written out work order. Additionally, they offer after-hours pickup too, which is great. The communication throughout the process of my vehicle repair was definitely transparent and upfront. The company has an authorization and inspection page that they text you of what's going on with your vehicle, with included pictures of everything - super beneficial with work related vehicles especially. Once you review everything, you can approve the work order right on that panel and they'll start working. Once complete, you're able to pay through the online portal section of that inspection report as well, so it's very convenient and smart. The customer service provided to me both times I've taken my vehicle here was exceptional, and very knowledgeable of what was going on. Shops, in general, are going to set you back a little bit, it's the nature of having a vehicle. Compared to various places I've been throughout the years, Complete Auto is incredibly competitive and wants to earn your business. It's now my go-to mechanic shop!

Had to have my vehicle towed, i typically have always worked on my own vehicles but was unable, tow operator recommended Complete Auto and they did a fantastic job. I got it back sooner than expected and I feel like at a fair price for the work done.

As always they are the best experience I have ever had with an Auto repair company. Got me in fast , gave me a good estimate and fixed everything perfectly for a very good price. Even let me know another problem they could fix for me and let me decide if I wanted them to fix it. The red triangle of death came up on my dashboard on a road trip and this was the closest shop that I could get to. I was absolutely lucky and they not only diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, they also assisted me with figuring out next steps to get the rest of the way on my journey. The shop owner personally drove me to (and picked me up from a few days later) the local rental car place and they had my car ready to go when I came back through town on my return trip. I had a great experience with this shop, the dog is cute, the mechanics knowledgable, and the owner was amazing. Highly, highly recommend to anyone. Thanks to Gigi and the rest of the team!

I randomly had my vehicle towed here after breaking down while traveling on a Saturday. I chose this location because of their wonderful ratings. They were able to look at it and get it fixed by Monday afternoon. Communication was great and I was able to do everything necessary through my phone since I wasn’t nearby. I highly recommend them! 10/10 recommend Complete Auto Repair in Sellersburg if you need a place. My car broke down on me late Thursday night, had it towed to them immediately having never stepped foot into their establishment. Just hoped on a wish and a prayer they could get me in and fix it! I just moved to this area a few months ago and had no known mechanic nearby to tow it to. Friday they worked up an estimate for a new alternator, battery, and they fixed my freon and wiper blades too! I picked it up today (Monday). Communication was a breeze thru text, and I was able to approve repairs and even pay all thru our texts also! If you’re needing someone in Sellersburg area, I highly recommend giving them a shout.

Very friendly and courteous I would 100% recommend them. And their prices were very reasonable.
I was in desperate need of getting my oil changed and the dates available online were too far out for my comfort. I called and they were able to fit me in the following week on a convenient day for me. I loved getting the text to approve the oil change options and the link to pay in the end. Absolutely has the greatest customer care, they were going to have my truck for a little bit longer and gave me a loaner car so I could still get back and forth when needed. I wouldn’t say that they are the cheapest around, however they are still affordable. The quality matched the price tag. Super happy with my experience

Complete Auto does great work at a fair price. They replaced a bad starter 4 years ago on our Hyundai Santa Fe and it just went out. It had a lifetime warranty and we only had to pay labor to get it fixed. Even with a 3 week back log of work, they got it done in a week. We thank them for all their hard work and service. You should definitely consider them for your next car repair! 😊

Well where do I start they are wonderful they help me and my family out and even went out of there way above and beyond, they put in an engine in my car and waited for me to come up with the money to let them know to fix it. Almost 2 months might not have been that long, but it felt like it, I got it back and the engine light came on so I brought it back and they were trying to fix the problem.And I had to keep my car a little bit longer.They fixed my windshield.

I had taken my car to a different shop 4 times in less than a year. They didn’t fix the problem. I took it to Complete Auto. It took less than a day for them to fix the problem. My car has been running great ever since. Complete Auto has called to be sure I’m not having anymore problems. I highly recommend them. Service is great. Everyone is polite and caring.

I went into Complete Auto to get my blower motor replaced on my truck. They were going out of town on a vacation the following week and they said to drop it off on that Thursday and they would it fixed the next day. Instead they had it fixed that same day and only charged me half the labor because it only took half the time of what the book stated it would take. I took it home and it worked fine until that Tuesday and the blower would come on but when I would turn off and then turn it back on it would not work. I was planning to go on vacation on the next Friday myself. Luckily it came on going up to Nashville, IN but it didn’t come on anymore the rest of the weekend. I took it back up to them on that next Tuesday and to tell them what had happened and they replaced the blower motor and the resistor since it had some corrosion on it and only charged me for the resistor. It has been working ever since. I would take my truck back to them in the future if I had something else the has a problem with it. They are a great company to do business with.

This is a wonderful small business! I believe them to be honest in our financial dealings!! The back up camera on my 2012 Ford Taurus went out about one year ago. While having a camera was a convenience, I was able to drive the “old-fashioned way.” My neighbor told me about Complete Auto. I went, spoke with Gigi, she ordered the camera through Amazon, installed within 30 minutes for a little over $100.00. Complete Auto is the place to go to for auto repairs!! Plus the have the sweetest shop dog named Chloe!!!

This is without a doubt the best auto shop I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They have gone above and beyond and have made me feel like I am their only customer.
