Went here because our rear window got smashed out while on vacation. We couldn't get it replaced in time to go home. They removed as much of the glad as they could vacuumed up all the glass they could and put a piece of plastic with extra tape to get us home. We made it 3/4 way home when a horrible wind and rain storm got us with 70mph winds and ripped the plastic. They were covered we got home safely and asked us to let them know. Car trouble always comes with its own set of worries...you hear a new sound and assume the worst. I started to hear a rattle and figured it was something major. I called Complete Auto Repair one morning and told them what was going on. They said to bring my car in that same afternoon and they would put it on the lift and look at it. Within 5 minutes my car was fixed (the heat shield needed to be reattached)! When I asked them how much I owed them they said just leave us a good review! They were so kind and friendly and they also had a dog sleeping in the waiting area which was adorable. I would highly recommend this place and will be using them in the future!

These folks are great! I was an hour and a half into a road trip and ran into trouble on the interstate. I was lucky enough they were at the next exit! Truly, I just googled mechanic while stopped (panicking) at a gas station and found them. I was fortunate enough that they were able to work my car in immediately. I am not the best at describing what is wrong with my car to a mechanic, but they listened, took the time to look my car over and find out what might be wrong, explained and showed it to me, and were honest about my repair. Turns out, it was my axle and tire rod. They let me know that I could make it to my destination or back home without getting the repair at their shop. The quote for parts and labor was reasonable, so I went ahead with the repair and they had me back on my way within 2 hours. No more trouble. They even came and picked me up from the coffee shop I was waiting at during the repair. The staff from Chloe the greeting dog, to Gigi and all of the mechanics were all really amazing. If you find yourself with car trouble near Sellersburg like I did, I highly recommend them!

My car broke right in front of Complete Auto Repair. They interrupted their evening, after working hours, to push my car off the road into their parking lot and diagnose the issue. I left my car overnight and they called me back by 9AM the next morning to let me know they found that the repair could be completed for free by a Ford dealer due to a recall. I have been using Complete Auto for years. I send everyone I know to them for routine maintenance and any other repair needs they may have. Recently I bought a new truck that had some wiring issues in the rear lights. Even though Complete Auto doesn’t normally service Diesel trucks, they did agree to work on my electrical issue. It took them only minutes to diagnose the issue and had it all fixed and working correctly in only a few hours. They always do professional work. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

I scheduled an appointment with them for a Thursday but would probably wouldn’t get to it until Friday . They let me know they were really busy but would get me in. Just out of curiosity I call on Friday afternoon just to check on it. They told me they hadn’t got to it yet and offered that I could come get my vehicle for the weekend if I wanted and would get it in first thing Monday morning. I didn’t need it so I left it for the weekend. They called me Monday afternoon and suggested a radiator flush and noticed the serpentine bet was warn and just replaced it. I didn’t he radiator flush. They called again and said it was done and would put my key in a lock box outside of their shop and could come get it at my earliest convenience. Gigi and William were both very professional every time I talked them on the phone. Would definitely recommend them for automotive work.the AC is very cold by the way.

what can i say about complete auto? everyone there is awesome, friendly and honest their communication is a 10/10 and they break down the price in layman's terms for you and when they find something wrong they send you a video clip of the problem, now that is something that others don't do so you can see the problem at hand. and i can forget to mention the cutest dogs ever! lol. thank you for fixing the ford edge. as they say happy wife happy life lol
