I have a 2003 Silverado that was leaking oil but I was unsure exactly where it was coming from. The owner was very helpful & asked if I could stop by the shop to allow the mechanic to take a Quick Look. Not only did they get me immediately, the mechanic located most of the leaks & took me out in the shop to show me. So far I am pleased with the work performed.

The red triangle of death came up on my dashboard on a road trip and this was the closest shop that I could get to. I was absolutely lucky and they not only diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, they also assisted me with figuring out next steps to get the rest of the way on my journey. The shop owner personally drove me to (and picked me up from a few days later) the local rental car place and they had my car ready to go when I came back through town on my return trip. My car broke down on me late Thursday night, had it towed to them immediately having never stepped foot into their establishment. Just hoped on a wish and a prayer they could get me in and fix it! I just moved to this area a few months ago and had no known mechanic nearby to tow it to. Friday they worked up an estimate for a new alternator, battery, and they fixed my freon and wiper blades too! I picked it up today (Monday). Communication was a breeze thru text, and I was able to approve repairs and even pay all thru our texts also! If you’re needing someone in Sellersburg area, I highly recommend giving them a shout.

Shop was busy and had to schedule appointments out a little bit but it was worth the wait.

Absolutely has the greatest customer care, they were going to have my truck for a little bit longer and gave me a loaner car so I could still get back and forth when needed. Complete Auto does great work at a fair price. They replaced a bad starter 4 years ago on our Hyundai Santa Fe and it just went out. It had a lifetime warranty and we only had to pay labor to get it fixed. Even with a 3 week back log of work, they got it done in a week. We thank them for all their hard work and service. Well where do I start they are wonderful they help me and my family out and even went out of there way above and beyond, they put in an engine in my car and waited for me to come up with the money to let them know to fix it. Almost 2 months might not have been that long, but it felt like it, I got it back and the engine light came on so I brought it back and they were trying to fix the problem.And I had to keep my car a little bit longer.They fixed my windshield.

I had taken my car to a different shop 4 times in less than a year. They didn’t fix the problem. I took it to Complete Auto. It took less than a day for them to fix the problem. I went into Complete Auto to get my blower motor replaced on my truck. They were going out of town on a vacation the following week and they said to drop it off on that Thursday and they would it fixed the next day. Instead they had it fixed that same day and only charged me half the labor because it only took half the time of what the book stated it would take. I took it home and it worked fine until that Tuesday and the blower would come on but when I would turn off and then turn it back on it would not work. I was planning to go on vacation on the next Friday myself. Luckily it came on going up to Nashville, IN but it didn’t come on anymore the rest of the weekend. I took it back up to them on that next Tuesday and to tell them what had happened and they replaced the blower motor and the resistor since it had some corrosion on it and only charged me for the resistor. It has been working ever since. I would take my truck back to them in the future if I had something else the has a problem with it. They are a great company to do business with.

This is a wonderful small business! I believe them to be honest in our financial dealings!! The back up camera on my 2012 Ford Taurus went out about one year ago. While having a camera was a convenience, I was able to drive the “old-fashioned way.” My neighbor told me about Complete Auto. I went, spoke with Gigi, she ordered the camera through Amazon, installed within 30 minutes for a little over $100.00. Complete Auto is the place to go to for auto repairs!! Plus the have the sweetest shop dog named Chloe!!!

I walked in needing air in my camper van tires. The gentlemen there took such good care of me and the van, squeezed me in for a needed oil change, and were able to fix my horn which legit makes me feel soooo safe now! Cannot recommend enough! My car started misfiring on my way to a presentation and every auto shop I called said they couldn’t look at my car for at least a week. I wish I could leave a video review to show my emotion because words are just not enough. Just want to show the difference between this place and another auto repair down the road in Sellersburg.

I went to the other place for an issue with my vehicle. The mechanic there told it was a brake job and tried to sell me on all other types of things. I got the brakes fixed myself, but still had the original issue. I then took it to Complete Auto, and got a call back within an hour and was told the exact problem by Hunter, but unfortunately, it had to be fixed by Ford. I got that done, so Hunter was right. I then had an issue with my AC, took it to a different place on a Sunday (only place open) and they stated it was going to be a $1500 job that took several days and again, tried to sell me on other things. I took it to Complete Auto, 2 hours later, problem was solved and at a FRACTION of the cost.

HONEST WORK. Not once did anybody try to sell me on anything. Problem has fixed each time. I cannot recommend this place enough. I will literally never go to any other place.

They did a Great job. I was so glad I got my truck back. It sat in my yard for 4 months thinking my head gasket was broken.. Took it to Complete Auto Repair and they fixed my truck. It wasn’t the head gasket after all.

Good quality work and very pleasant guys! At a fair price too. I was 4 hrs away from home when my truck broke down near Sellersburg. They were able to find parts within a day and even provided a car for me to get to a motel for the night. Very grateful my car and I were in good hands.
