I walked in needing air in my camper van tires. The gentlemen there took such good care of me and the van, squeezed me in for a needed oil change, and were able to fix my horn which legit makes me feel soooo safe now! Cannot recommend enough! My car started misfiring on my way to a presentation and every auto shop I called said they couldn’t look at my car for at least a week. I was going to have to make several arrangements for my daughter and work. This is a hidden gem in Sellersburg if you want or need your vehicles repaired. One, they are honest, and two, the work was completed by the time I requested! I wish I could leave a video review to show my emotion because words are just not enough. Just want to show the difference between this place and another auto repair down the road in Sellersburg.

I went to the other place for an issue with my vehicle. The mechanic there told it was a brake job and tried to sell me on all other types of things. I got the brakes fixed myself, but still had the original issue. I then took it to Complete Auto, and got a call back within an hour and was told the exact problem by Hunter, but unfortunately, it had to be fixed by Ford. I got that done, so Hunter was right. I then had an issue with my AC, took it to a different place on a Sunday (only place open) and they stated it was going to be a $1500 job that took several days and again, tried to sell me on other things. I took it to Complete Auto, 2 hours later, problem was solved and at a FRACTION of the cost.

HONEST WORK. Not once did anybody try to sell me on anything. Problem has fixed each time. I cannot recommend this place enough. I will literally never go to any other place.

I had an emergency with my brakes on a road trip over 6 hours from home with a meeting to get to the following day, and Complete Auto just took my car without question and did everything to get it back in top shape in only a few hours at an extremely reasonable price. Didn’t try to upsell me and actually suggested greasing front end parts when I expected to have to replace them. Oh, and they beat their price estimate and got it all done the same day I dropped it off! Definitely will bring my vehicles here again.

Typically I bring my cars in for an oil change and tire rotation but they have also done some work on brakes, shocks, rear end differential, electrical problems, tune ups, and other things. They got my 1997 Ford pickup running again. It's my baby and they took great care of her. They are a great group of people that are always friendly and knowledgeable.
They kept me updated with work they needed to perform and verified it was ok to do it and included prices.

Recently had a significant noise issue with my car. Scheduled an appointment for drop off within just a few days. Received multiple updates throughout the repair (which they performed same day). They even made use of a video I took of the issue. I was out of town and needed an extra day or so before I could pickup my vehicle when it was completed at no extra charge. Went here because our rear window got smashed out while on vacation. We couldn't get it replaced in time to go home. They removed as much of the glad as they could vacuumed up all the glass they could and put a piece of plastic with extra tape to get us home. We made it 3/4 way home when a horrible wind and rain storm got us with 70mph winds and ripped the plastic. They were covered we got home safely and asked us to let them know. They changed us only for the supplies.

Car trouble always comes with its own set of worries...you hear a new sound and assume the worst. I started to hear a rattle and figured it was something major. I called Complete Auto Repair one morning and told them what was going on. They said to bring my car in that same afternoon and they would put it on the lift and look at it. Within 5 minutes my car was fixed (the heat shield needed to be reattached)! When I asked them how much I owed them they said just leave us a good review! They were so kind and friendly and they also had a dog sleeping in the waiting area which was adorable. I would highly recommend this place and will be using them in the future!

Broke down and was towed into the shop and was so very glad this was the location. Past closing Dale came out and said he would get involved to help find the issue for our breakdown. We were coming back through on a Sunday and both he and his wife meet us at the shop to pick up the vehicle. He was concerned about our safety and helping us without price gouging us. His charges were more than reasonable and certainly a place that earned my trust and belief in their establishment.

Gave a tentative diagnosis over the phone and was 100% correct. Fixed the problem right the first time. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, organized, easy to work with. Drop box for keys, paid over the phone, retrieved keys by lockbox, plastic protection for driver’s seat, 1 week wait to get in but fast turnaround, reasonably priced with no “surprises.” Everybody needs a local, reliable, honest, “go-to” car repair expert and I found mine!

These folks are great! I was an hour and a half into a road trip and ran into trouble on the interstate. I was lucky enough they were at the next exit! Truly, I just googled mechanic while stopped (panicking) at a gas station and found them. I was fortunate enough that they were able to work my car in immediately. I am not the best at describing what is wrong with my car to a mechanic, but they listened, took the time to look my car over and find out what might be wrong, explained and showed it to me, and were honest about my repair. Turns out, it was my axle and tire rod. They let me know that I could make it to my destination or back home without getting the repair at their shop. The quote for parts and labor was reasonable, so I went ahead with the repair and they had me back on my way within 2 hours. No more trouble. They even came and picked me up from the coffee shop I was waiting at during the repair. The staff from Chloe the greeting dog, to Gigi and all of the mechanics were all really amazing. If you find yourself with car trouble near Sellersburg like I did, I highly recommend them!

My wife and I were mid-road trip when we had an abrupt bit of car trouble that had us nearly stranded on the road far away from home in Chicago.

This shop just happened to be the nearest place I could get my car to limp along to on the expressway with blinkers on, but it also just happened to be all we needed.

It took literally less than a minute for the guys to figure out the problem, and we were back on the road good as new within an hour.

Top notch service. Took my daughters car here because she had a Christmas tree of dash lights. Not only did they repair all those issues, they diagnosed the vibration she was having as bad CV axles. They orders the parts and had it ready that afternoon.
Just be patient with them, they are a busy shop and needed the reasonable time necessary to make sure the diagnostic and repairs were done properly.

My car broke right in front of Complete Auto Repair. They interrupted their evening, after working hours, to push my car off the road into their parking lot and diagnose the issue. I left my car overnight and they called me back by 9AM the next morning to let me know they found that the repair could be completed for free by a Ford dealer due to a recall. And, that they had already coordinated my car being repaired at the local dealer the next day. Not only did they help me out after hours when they had no obligation to, they went out of their way to have the repair done correctly and for free by someone else. They can count me as a customer whenever I need help in the future.

Great service. Reasonable cost. Parts had a lifetime warranty. Labor had a 1 year warranty. My adult son had work done by them a few months ago and he was happy too. He recommended them to me because of that.

My AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year and this shop was a life saver. Not only did they get me in asap the same day, but they were extremely nice and friendly, did a top notch job on fixing the issue at record speed, and minimal cost! They are very nice and will give you a call on everything. I had a motor swapped out of my son's car and they called and ran through everything with me. If something came up they called to let me know. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I took my Encore in for an oil leak and it was found I needed a major repair A detailed estimate of the work necessary was sent to me within a couple of hours. Communication throughout the repair process was excellent, and everything was done to make sure I was satisfied with all that was involved. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and I will definitely return to Complete Auto in the future.

Complete Auto tracked down the motor mount I needed when the dealership of purchase could not locate the part. From the initial call, the estimate, and the repair....I was back in the road in no time. The staff was super helpful, very knowledgeable, and they saved me $350 in car repair costs. Purr class and honesty. Genuine guys that skipped lunch break to look at my vehicle I was looking to purchase since I was from out of town and didn't want me to have to wait I'm the parking lot. Wish I lived closer because I would love to have them as my auto shop. Appreciate it guys
